We guarantee all our PVCu white, woodgrain and aluminium materials for ten years.
All our hardwood products are also guaranteed for five years.
Conditions
1. The Customer undertakes to ensure that the products installed by Crystal are maintained in a way as to prolong the life of such products.
2. Due to the natural expansion and contraction of timber and PVCu this has to be taken into consideration over the guarantee life.
3. Crystal relies on suppliers to main the stick of materials for the full term of the guarantee, however, we cannot be held responsible for any product changes and discontinued products by our suppliers.
4. Crystal cannot be held responsible for minor imperfections in glass as the manufacturers cannot guarantee this to us.
5. Crystal will cancel this guarantee of the products have not been treated with respect as in clause 1 and the balance is not paid in full within 7 days from the date of request.
6. Defects must be notified to Crystal in writing.
7. This guarantee is between the customer and Crystal, valid only by signature.
